The composition and nature of possible, expedient development strategies, their structure and hierarchy were analyzed, the composition and nature of their components, interrelationships were determined, appropriate sets of measures for the implementation of each of the most promising strategies were established, taking into account the peculiarities of the current state of the city's life support enterprises (PSM).
The mechanism that stimulates the transformation of the SUP through the diversification of PJM services and markets is determined, and the corresponding algorithm for building the strategic development of PJM is given.
The nature and sequence of activities for the formation of a strategy for the development of PJM are outlined in the following phases of organizational planning: Determination of strategic directions of reform and development; Innovative development of management processes (PU); Innovative development of management technology; Innovative development of the enterprise management system; Development of methods of information and analytical support for enterprise management; Proposal of innovative methods and measures for diversification and integration of activities; Proposal of restructuring models; Proposal of public-private reform models; Proposal of models of socio-economic and intellectual clusters as a strategy for innovative development of the enterprise and the region; Proposal of individual innovative projects (measures) in the field of production and commerce to increase financial and economic stability and production and economic reliability.
