In the course of work, a number of diagnostic examinations were conducted for patients from the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Western Region (Military Medical Clinical Center of the Western Region) - military personnel hospitalized for treatment and/or rehabilitation. Questionnaires were filled out, most of which were used to determine the presence or absence of PTSD symptoms, namely: PTSD Initial Screening Questionnaire; Mississippi scale for assessment of post-traumatic reactions (military version); scale for assessing the impact of a traumatic event (Impact of Event Scale - Revised (IES-R)); questionnaire for the definition of a generalized anxiety disorder (GAD-7); patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9); Wayne Questionnaire. A study was conducted from the endocrinological/metabolic block: investigating the potential impact of PTSD on low-grade inflammation, oxidant stress, and impairment of carbohydrate metabolism and establishing correlations between these parameters.
