popup.description2
The socio-ecological-economic concept of achieving security in the sphere of nature use is formulated on the basis of modern contradictory and mutually opposite processes (classical, synergistic), which are a threat to the stability of systems at the national, regional, and local level. The peculiarities of the mechanisms of organizing the system of implementation of scenario-synergistic dominants of ecologically safe nature management as part of the general system of economic management were revealed, focusing on organizational and economic subsystems. An algorithm for institutional support for the implementation of dominant ecological security in the field of nature management has been built, which includes institutional-organizational, institutional-legal, institutional-informational, institutional-financial components. Two main directions of construction of alternative security strategies are distinguished: analytical-expert, using the apparatus of reliable reasoning; model-synergistic – dynamic modeling of synergistic features of the security system with multiple situations. Based on the above, it can be stated that today the scenario-synergistic direction acts as a promising and effective way of multi-purpose analysis of procedural systems of various levels of the organization of ecologically safe nature management with the aim of forecasting the consequences of implementing their various forms and adopting a set of measures to reduce expected risks.
