The purpose of the study is to investigate the peculiarities of the psychophysical state of people of different ages and sexes in order to justify innovative approaches to the introduction of health and recreational technologies in the physical education of various population groups.
Research methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature); pedagogical (observation, ascertainment experiment, physical fitness testing); sociological (survey); physiological (anthropometry, pulsometry, spirometry, functional tests, methods of assessing physical health, physical work capacity, physical condition, biological age); timing of human activity; psychodiagnostic (testing, survey); methods of mathematical statistics.
The ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment was conducted to determine the psychophysical state of various population groups based on indicators of physical development, functional state, physical fitness, somatic health. The psycho-emotional state of students under the influence of the remote form of organization of education was studied.
Scientific ideas about the need to find ways to improve the educational process in institutions of general secondary education have gained further development.
The theoretical and practical significance of the scientific research work consists in the generalization and dissemination of scientific information about the peculiarities of taking into account the indicators of physical and psycho-emotional state when planning and organizing physical culture and health work with various population groups using modern means of physical education of the health direction. The study of the peculiarities of the psychophysical state of people of different ages and sexes at the current stage of the development of society is the basis for the development of organizational-methodical, psychological and pedagogical conditions.
