The elliptic and parabolic equations with non-standard growth conditions are described by the functions from generalized Orlitz space. It is proved the regularity solutions for anisotropic elliptic equations with Zhikov condition. There is also proved the analog of maximum principle for fourth order hyperbolic equations, which describes the elasticity processes. In first, a technique for scattering characteristics calculating on a symmetrical microstrip stub using the transverse resonance method was developed. Boundary value problems for a rectangular volume resonator based on a microstrip transmission line with a symmetric open stub are solved for three different boundary conditions in the plane of symmetry and on the longitudinal boundaries. A circuit developed using complex slot resonators in the microstrip line ground plane is proposed, and a dual-frequency class E power amplifier operating at two close frequencies is simulated. The circuit has frequency-separating circuits at the input and output of the active device, which simultaneously perform the functions of matching the transistor at the corresponding frequencies.
