 The object of study is the information and analytical support of the general secondary education system. The subject of the study is the development of forecasts of educational indicators at the state and regional levels using means of economic and mathematical modeling. At the third stage of the work "Development of information and analytical system of forecasting indicators of general secondary education" the analysis of domestic and foreign information and analytical educational systems of forecasting was carried out; methodological and software and technological approaches to the construction of forecast systems in the field of education have been developed; experimental calculations of the forecast values of the key indicators of the general secondary education system and the analysis of adequacy of developed models and mathematical characteristics of accuracy of forecasting indicators at the state and regional levels were conducted.
