An analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological, and pedagogical literature on the research topic was carried out; the essence of the main concepts of the study has been specified; the stages of practical implementation of the process of nurturing a valuable attitude to communications in a digital open environment in children's public associations have been developed. The methodological basis of the research was determined, the scientific and methodological basis was created for the development and implementation in the activities of children's public associations and educational institutions of the latest content, methods, methods of educating a valuable attitude to communications in a digital open environment. The research is based on the propositions about the relevance of a valuable attitude to communications in a digital open environment, which is caused by the strengthening of global civilizational transformations and challenges that cause dynamic changes in the thinking, value orientations and morals of the growing generation. The conceptual idea of the research is formulated, which consists in the fact that the development and introduction into the activities of children's public associations and educational institutions of the latest content, methods, methods of educating a valuable attitude to communications in a digital open environment will contribute to the formation of digital competencies in children and schoolchildren as key personality skills of the 21st century. Criteria, indicators, and levels of upbringing of a valuable attitude to communications in a digital open environment in children's public associations have been developed.
