The object of the study: Ixodes ticks, selected from patients and from the environment of 5 parks of the city of Ternopil and 7 oblasts of Ukraine; patients with erythematous and non-erythematous form of Lyme borreliosis with damage to the cardiovascular (CSS), nervous system (NS) and musculoskeletal system (MS), localized scleroderma, urticaria; individuals who have been attacked by ticks infected with A. Phagocytophilum; pregnant women with pregnancy pathology. The purpose of the work: to establish the frequency of natural infection of ticks selected from people, animals and from the environment of 5 parks of the city of Ternopil and 7 oblasts of Ukraine: Ternopil, Lviv, Volyn, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr B. burgdorferi s. l., A. phagocytophilum, B. miyamotoi and Babesia spp.; to study clinical and epidemiological features and immune changes and to improve the results of treatment in patients with urticaria, including in the presence of concomitant Lyme borreliosis and giardiasis; to study the clinical, epidemiological and immunological features, as well as to improve the therapy of Lyme borreliosis in combination with localized scleroderma; apply the ELISA and immunoblot method EUROLINE Borrelia RN-AT adv to establish the involvement of pathogens.
