The low visibility of the UAV makes it necessary to use a complex surveillance system: an active radar system (Radar), a passive monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks (WSN), and a video surveillance system (VS). The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of detection and tracking of a maneuvering UAV based on a complex surveillance system data, which includes an active radar, a passive monitoring system based on WSN, SV. Optimal and quasi-optimal algorithms for adaptive estimation of maneuvering UAV movement parameters in complex surveillance systems based on Radar, WNS and SV data have been developed, in which recognition of various types of movement is performed, which allows to increase the accuracy of estimation. When obtaining TDOA-, RSS- and AOA- measurements of WSN, the influence of abnormal measurements is recognized and eliminated. The use of decisive statistics of markings obtained from Radar and SV allows to reduce the probability of disruption of the support of the UAV in the presence of false markings. The developed algorithms for sequential testing of the complex hypothesis of the presence of the UAV trajectory against the simple alternative of its absence based on radar and SV data take into account the decisive statistics of marks, which allows to reduce the average time of detection of true and false object trajectories, and also evaluate the unknown value of the signal-to-noise ratio (VSN), which is used at the support stage. The software complex of modeling of processes of trajectory information processing in the system of protection against UAV has been developed, which allows to formulate requirements for structure, topology of location and technical characteristics of the complex surveillance system.
