The purpose of work is to develop cleaning intermediate products methods in sugar production to obtain high-quality white sugar and water preparation methods. Research methods are generally accepted methods of determining the main technological indicators of quality diffusion and purified juices. Modified sorbent-catalyst elemental composition determination was carried out by non-destructive energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis method without standards use on the Expert 3L analyzer. Atomic absorption and spectrophotometric methods were used to determine metal cations residual content in solution. Manganese compounds residual concentration in the solution was determined by colorimetric method of analysis. The solutions acid-base properties were studied by pH-metry method. Experimental results were processed by statistical methods of analysis.
