The object of research - regulation of labor activity of enterprises (organizations) in an unstable global ecosystem. The subject of the research is the formation of the latest regulations of labor activity of enterprises (organizations) in an unstable global ecosystem aimed at harmonizing social and labor relations and ensuring socio-economic security of Ukraine (on the example of a separate sphere of activity). The aim of the study is to deepen the scientific and applied foundations and develop a project of regulations for the organization of labor activity in an unstable global ecosystem, aimed at adapting enterprises (organizations) to a changing socio-economic environment, forming the preconditions for socio-economic security and balancing the interests of all actors in the labor market, which will contribute to the prolongation of sustainable development. The main results of this project are the following: draft regulations for the organization of labor activity in a mixed (non-standard) form of work; a standard project for the formation of a favorable professional environment based on well-being management in the organization; the author's concept of overcoming the shortage of decent work, taking into account the trends in the development of social and labor relations and changes in the value orientations of employees in the development of the Labor 4.0 platform and the global ecosystem. Using econometric tools, the impact of various factors and determinants on the indicators of socio-economic security, social dialogue was assessed, which allowed to predict trends in human development.
