The results of the NDR can be used in the practice of business entities of any type of industry. Organizational changes mean any change in one or more elements of the organization. Changes can relate to any element of the organization's process (level of specialization; methods of grouping; range of control; distribution of powers; coordination mechanisms). Effective change management is one of the most important prerequisites for the successful operation of an enterprise or organization. It was established that various factors that shape the external and internal environment of the enterprise lead to organizational changes. The factors of the external environment include: globalization of the market, innovations in engineering and technology, fierce competition, trade liberalization, the transition to a knowledge-based economy, the political situation, etc. The factors of the internal environment include changes in the basic structure, in tasks and activities, in the applied technology, in management processes and structures, in organizational culture, personnel, in the efficiency of the enterprise. Based on the application of the expert evaluation method, it was established that the main conceptual approaches to modeling the management of organizational changes at the enterprise qualitatively reflect the need to introduce and manage any organizational changes.
