Multicomponent mixtures. Peculiarities of dynamic processes of synchronization in complex biomolecular and cellular systems. The purpose of the work: Development of the theory of multicomponent diffusion. Research and development of methods for the formation of coherent correlated states of particles. Research on the features of the generation of non-attenuating temperature waves. Development of new approaches for the application of physical methods in the field of medical diagnostic endoscopy. Research methods: theoretical analysis of nuclear-physical systems, complex biological systems, transport phenomena in molecular liquids, mathematical modeling of the functioning of complex biological connected systems. To describe the effect of diffusion in liquid media. a nonlinear diffusion law with a transport (interdiffusion) coefficient, which is a system constant, was also used. The numerical solution of the system that describes the reaction-diffusion process in binary liquids showed that the position of the bridge, which consists of the substance obtained as a result of the diffusion process in the presence of a chemical reaction, as well as the amount of the specified substance depend on the parameters that determine the speed and nonlinearity corresponding mutual diffusion. The theory of the formation of coherent correlated states of a particle during the periodic modulation of the parameters of the harmonic oscillator and the size-limited increase or decrease in the width of the parabolic potential well has been developed. Techniques for the formation of coherent correlated states are proposed and developed. State and function models in complex biological systems, physical introscopic methods of studying the state of biological systems have been developed.
