The purpose of the work is to create methods and technological bases of formation interactive knowledge bases on consolidation and encapsulation of scientific achievements institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in educational processes to ensure the educational and research activities of student youth. The main tasks of the work: development of conceptual, theoretical and technological foundations construction of nteractive knowledge bases as a manifestation of interactive hyperproperty transdisciplinarity of scientific narratives and network knowledge systems; definition and presentation of the basic categories of display of gains institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the field of science and technology as transdisciplinary systems knowledge; development of software and informational means of formation network-centric interactive knowledge base in which procedures are implemented identification of basic categories of display of achievements of institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in branches of science and technology based on semantic-linguistic analysis procedures in the form of ontological interactive documents. Main results: defined conceptual and technological foundations of construction interactive knowledge bases based on the transdisciplinary transformation of scientific narratives; means of conceptualizing scientific narratives as a basis have been developed interactive knowledge base, the system components of the ontological interface are defined with scientific narratives; means and methods of forming ontological descriptions have been created educational and research projects of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and achievements institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukrain
