For each scenario, the feasibility of its implementation was analyzed in the context of achieving the goals of climate policy and the transition to a carbon-neutral economy. A seasonal ARIMA model was used for medium-term forecasting of the impact of the state of the energy sector on the achievement of climate policy goals in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. The determination and analysis of energy consumption patterns during the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of an economic recession made it possible to identify those of them that have a long-term nature and change approaches to the formation of the energy network from the standpoint of its autonomy and sustainability.
