The foundations of advanced technologies for the creation of rapyd hardening multifunctional nanoengineering cementitious composites with high technical characteristics have been developed, including for use in buildings and military objects, based on a fundamentally new concept of controlling the structural phase state and surface phenomena in cementitious systems on a nanoscale levels in the direction of obtaining multifunctional materials that provide increased operational reliability and durability of building constructions. The practical implementation of the principles of creating nanoengineered cementitious composites contributes to the development of critical technologies in conditions of extreme abrasive wear and thermal fire, as well as for fortification structures and explosion-proof objects. Applied research by topic and subject (including dual purpose) is aimed at solving an important scientific, socio-economic problem of the world level, which is closely related to the issues of national security and defense capability of Ukraine.
