The purpose of the work stage is to conduct theoretical research on the development of redundancy methods, models of reliability and survivability of multi-purpose UAV fleets, methods of analysis and ensuring interference resistance, cyber resistance, integrity and confidentiality of data exchange in monitoring systems of potentially dangerous objects. The results of the work stage can be applied in the creation of methods of planning the use, methods of ensuring the reliability and cyber security of intelligent monitoring systems of potentially dangerous and military objects using multi-purpose fleets of UAVs. The results of the second stage form the basis for the creation of methodological and information-analytical support for monitoring systems of potentially dangerous and military objects in pre- and post-accident situations on the basis of UAV fleets. The results of the second stage of work were implemented in the industry and used to prepare proposals for new projects. The report provides the results of the second stage of work aimed at conducting theoretical studies on the development of backup methods, models of reliability and survivability of multi-purpose UAV fleets, methods of analysis and ensuring interference resistance, cyber resistance, integrity and confidentiality of data exchange in monitoring systems of potentially dangerous objects.
