The purpose of the study is to improve the methodology for determining the quality of completed construction and construction and assembly works for a unified methodological approach when conducting forensic construction and technical examinations.
Research methods – generalization of the theoretical, methodological and legal foundations of forensic construction expertise on issues of determining the quality of completed construction and construction and assembly works.
Theoretical and practical results – a system of signs and criteria for identifying deficiencies and violations in construction, assembly and repair works was developed and supplemented.
