Registration Date 18-02-2023 Organization National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" popup.description2 The object of research is methods of forming multicomponent coatings, in particular, based on high-entropy alloys. The purpose of the work is to develop technology and equipment for the synthesis of multicomponent coatings based on high-entropy alloys by spraying a set of individual components. Research methods: mathematical modeling, X-ray structural analysis, energy dispersive composition analysis, microhardness research, dielectric spectroscopy, scanning photodielectric spectroscopy. The results of the scientific research work and their novelty: 1. For the first time, a numerical model was developed for a discharge gap in a three-dimensional setting. This will ensure the inclusion of one cathode of each group in the calculation, and therefore the assessment of the influence of the geometry of the cathodes and their position on the local parameters of the plasma. In addition, a study of the ion current density at each point on the surface of target cathodes is provided. 2. Multicomponent coatings based on tungsten carbide, which include several metals, are formed on metal substrates using the ion-plasma method. For the first time, the relationship between the period of the crystal lattice and the size of the region of coherent scattering of X-rays and the microhardness of the obtained coatings was established. The obtained data indicate the prospect of managing a wide range of physical and technical properties of multicomponent coatings based on tungsten carbide, as well as high-entropy alloys during their formation using inverse magnetron sputtering systems with sectioned cathode assemblies. 3. For the first time, the influence of an ultra-high-frequency electromagnetic field on the dielectric properties of crystalline materials in the low-frequency region was established. 4. For the first time, significant changes in the low-frequency region of the complex dielectric constant of CZT type crystals under the action of such ionizing radiation were established.
