Various aspects of confessional transformations (including theological ones) under the influence of geo-religious processes are studied. It is, in particular, about the development of digital technologies by churches and religious organizations, including the development of interactive forms (forums, "feedback", etc.) and the creation of blog platforms and access to international social networks. It has been established that those religious institutions whose creeds and religious practices place a significant emphasis on "traditional values" and the "ethno-national factor" stand against the processes of globalization that dominate the modern world. But, as shown in the research, declaring non-acceptance does not mean not being included in globalization processes.
The performers considered the forms of resistance (at the same time - use) to globalization processes in Orthodoxy, Catholicism, Greek Catholicism, Islam, neo-religions, as well as the features of these processes in various directions of Protestant currents operating in Ukraine.
