The theoretical and methodological foundations of modeling and forecasting of the sustainable development of socio-economic systems under the influence of global factors have been developed. They are intended for use in the decision-making support system, a component of which will be the developed information technology of computer modeling. A feature of the proposed methods is that in the process of developing computer models, research is carried out in several stages. In the process of performing the stages, the level of detail is gradually changed, the behavior of the system is simulated, new development problems and external and internal factors that cause them are identified.
The proposed approach involves the expansion of computer modeling tools and the improvement of the quality of forecasts due to the improvement of modeling methods for the development of socio-economic systems under the influence of global factors
