The purpose of the research: substantiation and development of theoretical foundations, proposals and recommendations on developing the mechanisms for the process of ensuring financial investigations, which will improve the efficiency of law enforcement bodies based on the study of domestic and foreign experience in the research of financial information at the stages of detecting and investigating crimes.
