At the enterprises of Ukraine, which have implemented effective methods and equipment to ensure the stability of the quality of grain distillate, vodka, special vodka, liquor-vodka drinks, new types of drinks in terms of appearance and strength, increase the shelf life of drinks, research work has been carried out and scientifically based norms of production losses of ethyl alcohol during the production, storage, movement and transportation of liquor and vodka products. The final version of the project "Norms of production losses of grain distillate and norms of losses of alcohol and finished products during the production of certain types of alcoholic beverages" was developed and submitted to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
