However, this requires an inventory of the formal (constitutional) and real (political practices) state of the political system. Therefore, this work analyzed the actual state of the political system of Ukraine – its institutional, regulatory and legal and informational and communicative subsystems. On the basis of the conducted research, systemic and situational problems in the functioning of the political system were identified and recommendations aimed at its rehabilitation were formulated.
