The essence of the category «mechanism», epistemological origins and the history of its application in the economic and financial spheres, the specifics of the organizational-economic mechanism were studied, the classification and essential features of its types were provided, the essential deepening of the content and the justification of the further development of the specified category were carried out. The analysis of the organizational-economic mechanism was carried out of the financial system of Ukraine in the context of the theory of crises, the main modern financial problems and threats are defined and the approaches to the adaptation of organizational and economic macro- and micro-mechanisms to the existing economic realities of Ukraine are substantiated. The state and factors of the influence of the Russian-Ukrainian war and martial law on domestic enterprises are assessed and on the national financial security of the country as a whole, in particular, the financial consequences of the influence on the budgetary security of the country and on the functioning of relocated enterprises are quantitatively substantiated.
