Increase in [Ca2+]i, induced by the uncaging, resulted in heterogeneous HPCA translocation to certain sites in the plasma membrane and trans-Golgi network indicating diverse affinity of different membranous loci to Ca2+-bound HPCA. Slow decay of [Ca2+]i. after uncaging allowed to obtain a Ca2+-dependency of HPCA translocation to different plasma membrane regions and trans-Golgi network. Half-maximal translocation for all regions was observed in a physiological range of [Ca2+]i with different parameters obtained by fitting the Ca2+-dependency by Hill equation
