To reveal the patterns of charge transfer across the interface of carbon nanostructures with metals and polymers and its influence on electronic processes and properties of heterostructures in order to optimize their structure and electronic properties. Formation and research of materials for electron emitters (in TEC) with structure and properties that will contribute, in particular, to changing the emission mechanism from thermal emission to autoelectron, as well as nanostructured selective coatings on Cu substrates for solar collectors, semiconductor 2D structures on SiO2 substrates for of solar energy, effectively absorbing electromagnetic wave coatings based on polymer-CNT composites.
