The purpose of the work is the development of new methods of synthesis of biologically active substances and prediction of pharmacological activity using computer modeling. The research methods are chemical synthesis, thin-layer chromatography (TLC), X-ray structural analysis (XRA), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV), mass spectrometry and quantum chemical calculations. Developed: synthesis method of new substituted thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones; the method of acylamination of N-arylsulfonyl-1,4-benzoquinonimines with derivatives of O-acylbenzhydroxamic acids with the formation of o-hydroxyphenyl derivatives of pyrazoles. The field of use of the work results is C 20.20 production of pesticides and other agrochemical products, C 21.10 production of basic pharmaceutical products.
