The aim of the work is the obtain a complex of next experimental data: the interaction of dirhenium(III) aminoacid compounds with G4-quadruplexes; the determination of the effect of the structure of rhenium complex compounds on their antiradical and antioxidant properties; the study of the influence on the configuration and properties of biological macromolecules (catalase, albumin) by rhenium(III) complex compounds obtained; the determination of quantum yield intensity and luminescence lifetime for carbonyl rhenium(I)complexes; the study of the stability of synthesized compounds in conditions close to physiological ones; the determination of the effectiveness of rhenium(I) compounds modified as biomarkers. Research methods -physicochemical methods, electrical conductivity, electronic, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared (IR) -spectroscopy. The interaction of rhenium(III) cluster compounds was studied with: G4-quadruplexes; radicals; biological macromolecules (catalase, albumin); physiological solutions. For the carbonyl complexes of rhenium(I): the intensity of the quantum yield and the lifetime of luminescence were established; the efficacy was determined as biomarkers.
