Achieving the specified goal necessitated setting and solving a set of tasks: determining the theoretical foundations of personnel stimulation; consideration of the essence and features of the implementation of compensation packages at domestic enterprises; analysis of existing approaches to the formation of a compensation package; development of methodological support and application tools for the implementation of the compensation package at PJSC "KHARKIVENERGOZBUT". The object of the study is the process of stimulating personnel at enterprises. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of the compensation package at PJSC "KHARKIVENERGOZBUT". When performing the research and solving the set tasks, the work uses general scientific and special research methods, such as: analysis, synthesis, system approach, the method of comparative characteristics, grouping and abstraction (when researching the theoretical foundations of stimulation); the method of comparative analysis, observation, balance and statistical methods; induction, deduction, modeling and substantiation, the method of the program-target approach (when developing the technology for implementing a compensation package).
