Object of study. Vibration acoustic extractor, influence of ultrasound beam on the efficiency of biologically active substances extraction (BAR) from plant material. The purpose and tasks of research. The purpose of this work is to study the process of extracting BAR from plant material using ultrasound and develop special equipment using an ultrasonic oscillator generator. Subject of study. The process of removing BAR from plant material in conditions of mechanical and ultrasonic oscillations. The experiments carried out on computer studies have shown that the use of ultrasound technology significantly accelerates the efficiency of removing BAR from plant material without having a negative effect on BAR.
