In particular, the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the study, the current state of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of inclusive education, and the cooperation of specialists in inclusive education in institutions of general secondary education are defined. A study of the state of readiness of teacher assistants in educational institutions of Dnipropetrovsk region for professional activity in the conditions of inclusive education was carried out, the approaches of professional training and support of teachers who work with children with special educational needs were highlighted. Educational and professional programs for the training of specialists of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences and educational programs for professional development courses of pedagogical workers have been developed and implemented. The main theoretical provisions regarding the organization of inclusive education in domestic educational institutions were studied. An analysis of scientific research on the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for children with special educational needs, in particular children with hearing impairment, intellectual development disorders, and autism spectrum disorders, was carried out.
