The subject of the study is the content of the State Education Standards, educational programs, curricula and textbooks of all social and humanitarian disciplines, innovative pedagogical practices of implementing the content of education, content provision of resources for the pedagogical process and effective indicators of research and monitoring of the results of educational development of the individual. The concept of the research work is to study the educational processes that take place in secondary and higher education, aimed at forming a humane and comprehensively developed personality with the generalization of local and regional practices, taking into account the processes of modernizing the content of national education. Each stage of the work on the research topic was accompanied by scientific and methodological activities, in particular, 15 multilevel conferences, seminars and panel discussions were organized and held, 38 scientific and practical conferences were attended, which is confirmed by 47 publications of abstracts in the proceedings of scientific and practical conferences published both in Ukraine and abroad, 4 collections of conference proceedings were prepared, 5 educational, methodological textbooks were compiled and published; 5 collective monographs, 23 methodological recommendations on problematic issues of research work were published in the regional pedagogical newspaper “Dzherelo”, 95 scientific articles were published, including 18 in publications included in international scientometric databases (Web of Science); 78 articles were published in Google Scholar, Publons, WorldCat, Index Copernicus. Conclusions: 1) In modern conditions, education cannot be based only on the notion of linear development and limited to the transmission of social experience.
