The effectiveness, cardio- and gastrointestinal safety and some mechanisms of pharmacodynamic interaction of immunosuppressants, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and calcium antagonists of the dihydropyridine series under the conditions of combined use against the background of inflammation associated with cardiac and/or oncopathology were investigated. The peculiarities of the interaction of immunosuppressants and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as well as calcium antagonists of the dihydropyridine series against the background of a comorbid condition, have been determined, which makes it possible to optimize the ways of choosing agents of the specified pharmacotherapeutic groups and to improve the medical technology of treatment of comorbid conditions accompanied by inflammation
