The purpose of the research is to improve theoretical and methodological support for enterprise development under martial law conditions.. The object of research is transformational processes at the enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical aspects, methods, approaches, tools, technologies, theoretical and methodological recommendations for the development of industrial enterprises. Research methods: logical generalization; theoretical generalization; method of comparative analysis; formalization method; systematic approach; analysis and synthesis; graphical method. The essence and types of organizational transformations for the development of enterprises are determined; theoretical and practical aspects were studied and recommendations to increase the flexibility of business using a modern management approach in the conditions of the war in Ukraine were developed; socio-psychological methods of personnel management during enterprise development are considered and systematized; the impact of an effective organizational culture on the development of the enterprise is determined. The main results of the research are implemented in the educational process of S. Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and introduced into the activity of LLC «Ipris-Profil».
