The purpose of the study is to improve the theoretical foundations and substantiate practical recommendations for the formation of scientific and methodological support for management activities in conditions of crisis and martial law.
The object of research is the process of formation and improvement of methodological support for management activities in conditions of crisis and martial law.
The subject of the study is scientific, methodological, practical approaches and tools for management activities in conditions of crisis and martial law.
Research methods - monographic method, logical and structural analysis, induction and deduction, grouping, comparison, graphical method.
Ways to improve labor standardization in a crisis economy are identified. The scientific and methodological support of anti-crisis personnel management is clarified. The necessity of improving management activities in the conditions of crisis and martial law with the use of modern information systems and technologies is substantiated. The approach to substantiating the ways to restore the labor market in the post-war period has been further developed. The prerequisites for the emergence of human capital are substantiated. The theoretical foundations of the formation and development of the system of state regulation of the social and labor sphere have been further developed. The directions of development of the social and psychological climate of the labor collective in the conditions of crisis and martial law are substantiated.
The results of the study have been implemented in the educational process of HNUE named after S. Kuznets and implemented in the activities of LLC "Victorian-Ukraine", LLC "Lift-Market", LLC TC "Smart Style".
