The object of research is innovative, informational and communication technologies and separate educational and pedagogical programs. The purpose of the study is to substantiate practical recommendations for strengthening the informatization of the educational environment in the direction of improving the quality of municipal education. Research methods – analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization and conceptualization, comparative analysis, comparison and comparison of various software implementations of municipal education informatization, graphic method. Theoretical results – a study of theoretical and practical areas of ensuring the informatization of municipal education in the direction of improving the quality of the educational process under the influence of existing crisis factors. Practical results – the prospects of informatization of municipal education in the direction of improving the quality of the educational process are determined; use of augmented and virtual reality technologies. These technologies have changed the way content is consumed in the real world, including augmented reality (AR); application of Smart-education, which is based on a differentiated approach. This project promotes market expansion through P.I.C.K.'s learning platform, which fits within existing learning methods and customer needs for personalization, integration, connectivity, and knowledge sharing.
