In the course of the study, an assessment of the features of the state and correction of dental health in children who constantly live in the conditions of the polluted ecosystem of the cross-border territories of the Upper Potyssia was carried out, taking into account the intensity of the main dental diseases and the level of enamel resistance, increasing the effectiveness of the complex of treatment and preventive measures in order to reduce the social - economic burden. The following methods were used in the study: analytical, epidemiological, clinical, microbiological, immunological, instrumental, mechanical, statistical.
