Development of compositions and production technology of cordierite ceramics for ultra-high-frequency aviation and rocket technology and catalyst carriers

The object of research is physico-chemical and technological processes of obtaining cordierite ceramics with a given complex of physical and technical properties. The purpose of the work is to develop the compositions and physico-chemical bases of the energy-saving technology of cordierite ceramics, which has a complex of special properties and is used for the manufacture of elements of radio-electronic surveillance systems that work in an ultra-high-frequency electromagnetic field. Research methods – calculation and basic physico-chemical research methods. The manufacturing technological parameters, features of the microstructure and phase composition were studied, the chemical and material composition of cordierite-based ceramics was developed for the elements of phase shifters of phased antenna arrays, according to which a new technical solution was proposed and 1 application was submitted for obtaining a protection document of Ukraine for an object of intellectual property rights (for the invention). A mathematical model has been developed. A technological instruction was developed for the production of ultra-high-frequency ceramics based on cordierite for the elements of phase shifters of phased antenna arrays. An experimental sample of ultra-high-frequency ceramics based on cordierite for phase shifter elements of phased antenna arrays was made.
