 The object of research — Metals and alloys subject to plastic deformation and wear due to the action of technological factors during operation. The purpose of the work is to develop the technological foundations of metal and alloy processing processes to ensure increased product efficiency throughout its entire life cycle. Results: analysis of literary data, construction of theoretical concepts of formation of structure and properties, physical modeling of processes in laboratory conditions, industrial experiment. Scope of application: production of metal products by methods of plastic deformation, heat treatment of alloys, repair and restoration of equipment parts.
