The model combined theoretical and practical components to overcome the age limitations of education, emphasizing social responsibility in the Internet space. Critical methods and theories were identified and analyzed in systematizing scientific approaches to media literacy, including critical analysis, constructivism, and sociocultural and psychological aspects. A classification of media literacy was determined, focused on developing competencies, such as professional-pedagogical, information-communication, innovation-research, etc. The training program was implemented through three modules highlighting the importance of media literacy in modern Ukraine, standards of information presentation, and mechanisms for countering information wars and propaganda. The Center for Media Literacy at Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University was established with the aim of long-term promotion of education in the field of media literacy. The Center's annual activity program includes scientific, educational, and social activities to improve citizens' media literacy. The Code of Integrity and Social Responsibility has been developed, considering global standards and local needs, which can serve as a guideline for media professionals and citizens. The final products of the project, in particular, the scientific monograph "Media literacy and social responsibility of educators in conditions of war" (K., 2023, 200 p.), articles, a study guide, and an analytical note, emphasize a comprehensive approach to media literacy and reflect a profound scientific analysis of modern trends and challenges in the field of media.
