The object of research: the process of controlling a micromanipulator at the base of a linear piezoelectric motor on standing acoustic waves with a rectangular resonator The purpose of the work: increasing the efficiency of piezoelectric control a micromanipulator based on linear piezoelectric motors on uprights acoustic waves with a rectangular resonator in the micro- and nanoranges speed of movement through further development and improvement of existing methods control of a piezoelectric micromanipulator, software and hardware development solutions, their implementation and management systems based on them. Research methods: the general methodology of the work is based on systematic approach to the research object and its structural analysis with using decomposition. An improvement of the piezoelectric control method is proposed motor with a rectangular resonator based on pulse width modulation (PWM) by minimizing the speed of the motor at its start and stop, which made it possible to reduce the level of vibration effects by 2-10 times when working in micro range. An improvement of the piezoelectric control method is proposed engine, which provided a speed control mode in the nanorange at the expense of using a fixed number of excitation pulses (up to 20 in a sequence) with by adjusting the frequency of following these sequences, which was formed mechanical means of controlling a micromanipulator (joystick, trackball), which made it possible to increase maneuverability by more than 2 times.
