Report on research work: 59 pages, 3 table. BLACK SEA, AZOV SEA, GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS, ACTION PLAN. The object of research is the draft Action Plan for achieving and maintaining the "good" environmental status of the Azov Sea and Black Sea for the period of 2022-2027. The subject of the research is recommendations to the Action Plan submitted by central and local executive authorities. The purpose of the work is to process the recommendations and summarize them in the form of annexes to the Plan. A preliminary version of the Action Plan has been drafted, as the military operations in the coastal regions of Ukraine make it impossible to finalize the list of necessary measures and estimate their cost. The work will continue after the end of military operations in Ukraine.
