Research methods are modern microbiological methods. The presence of cultivated forms of micromycetes in four samples of juice-containing pasteurized drinks was investigated. The fungus Phialophora sp. was isolated and identified from sample #8. The fungus Curvularia senegalensis was isolated and identified from samples #11 and #12.
