Has been carried out a literature review on еру topic of object's surface points displacement measurements by the digital image correlation (DIC) method. Algorithms for displacements values calculation by the DIC method with subpixel accuracy based on image processing using Fourier transform have been developed. The influence of algorithm parameters on the accuracy of displacement measurement using the developed algorithms is estimated. The software module for displacement measurement of an investigated object's surface points has been developed.
