The process of damage accumulation and fracture development in 12Kh1MF and 15Kh2MFA steels under static loading was studied on specially developed samples. The connection between these processes and the resulting acoustic emission is shown. A mathematical model was developed in the form of a computer program that describes the process of damage accumulation and accompanying acoustic emission in various ways.
The results of the model made it possible to implement and use in AE systems of the EMA-3, EMA-4 type standards for recognizing changes in the structure of materials during their destruction and further forecasting their condition. The obtained test results will allow to develop a methodology and create a more advanced technology of analysis of the development of the destruction of materials and its forecasting according to AE data.
