 The methods, which include the determination of the number of phytopathological micromycetes in the agrocenoses of agricultural plants, have been substantiated and experimentally verified; study of indicators of influence of exometabolites of plants on biological properties of phytopathogenic micromycetes; elucidation of the allelopathic soil regime in the agrocenosis of agricultural plants under the influence of phytopathogenic micromycetes; determination of the qualitative and quantitative composition of allelopathically active substances of agricultural plants. The developed research methods are aimed at determining the mechanism of formation of cenotic populations of micromycetes in agrocenoses to increase the ecological safety of agroecosystems. This will reveal new possibilities for regulating the number of phytopathogenic fungi in agrophytocenoses and significantly increase the biosafety of plant products in Ukraine.
