The object of research (design) is the legislative framework for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, and the armed forces of NATO member states on the example of the Republic of Poland.
The purpose of the study is to improve the regulatory framework for military personnel policy in the military, national security and defense sectors and to develop the structure of the draft Code of Ukraine on Military Service.
Research methods and equipment - analysis and synthesis of guidelines and regulations, literature and scientific publications on research issues, methods of collecting, systematizing and analyzing information, computer.
Theoretical and practical results - the report analyzes the scientific literature, current regulations and other sources on foreign and domestic experience in the formation of the legislative framework for military service, developed recommendations for the implementation of the experience of forming the legislative framework for military service by NATO member states in the military sphere of Ukraine; formulated proposals for amendments and additions to the regulations governing military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Novelty - there are no analogues.
Effectiveness of implementation - to improve the legal regulation of military personnel policy, to develop a draft Code of Ukraine on Military Service.
