Factors affecting the level of innovative and creative potential of an industrial enterprise have been identified and systematized according to their spheres of activity, and the nature of their influence has also been determined, which makes it possible to adequately take them into account when forming management decisions.
Assessment indicators characterizing the current state of the innovative and creative potential of an industrial enterprise and indicators characterizing the degree of activity of its implementation have been formed, as well as a criterion for choosing an enterprise development option depending on the established level of its innovative and creative potential.
