It has been found that the development of economic relations between stakeholders and the diversification of these relations in the future, their filling with new content, takes place in a three-dimensional space. It is characterized by orthogonal vectors: institutional, organizational, legal and economic. We have proposed a three-dimensional model of this space and provided arguments in favor of the statement that without any of them, countering the moral wear of intellectual capital with the use of tools for dual acquisition of higher education cannot realize its formative potential, accelerating the innovative development of the economy. The statement that dual higher education is a business process with social characteristics that requires an appropriate attitude towards itself is substantiated. In particular, quantitative measurement of the economic results of investing resources in each of the rings of the intellectual capital value chain and maintaining it in an up-to-date state. The consequences of the introduction of dual education tools have been systematized, and a methodology for economic effect assessing has been developed.
